Live dealer guide
What to expect from Citadel live tables, how sessions work, and how to keep play under control.

What is live dealer?
Live dealer games stream a real table and host to your device. You place bets on the Citadel interface; results come from the physical cards, wheel, or game-show hardware in the studio — not from a random number generator alone (though some side bets or digital overlays may still use certified RNG where noted in the game rules).
How to play
Open the live dealer lobby, choose a table, and launch the game. Log in when prompted. Use on-screen chips or bet controls to wager within the table limits. Audio and video quality depend on your connection; pausing or refreshing mid-round can affect unfinished bets, so finish rounds before leaving.
Gold Tier & Interactive
Gold Tier groups classic card and wheel tables — blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and similar studio formats. Dynamite Interactive covers game-show style titles with wheels, multipliers, and host-led segments. Use the filters in the lobby to focus on one family of games.
Wallet & stakes
Stakes are debited from the same wallet as slots and other casino products. Minimum and maximum bets are set per table; check the in-game panel before you commit. Winnings credit when the round settles according to the provider rules shown in each title.
Responsible play
Set limits, take breaks, and never chase losses. Tools and guidance are on our Responsible gaming page.
